Remove Element

Given an array and a value, remove all instances of that value in place and return the new length.

The order of elements can be changed. It doesn’t matter what you leave beyond the new length.

C++:
01 int removeElement(int A[], int n, int elem)
02 {
03     int j=0;
04     for(int i=0;i<n;i++){
05         if(A[i]!=elem){
06              A[j++]=A[i];
07         }
08     }
09     return j;
10 }
